Welcome to a Vinyasa yoga class by our new teacher Ina Borch
Ina’s Vinyasa classes are often physically demanding and require a concentrated presence from the participants. Despite this, there will always be less advanced options presented, so that everyone present can practice based on their personal level. Her classes aim to challenge participants to become more familiar with their inner dialogue, explore physical capacities and limitations, and explore movement possibilities in rotation, joints and active range of motion.
In the class, a flow is established which is repeated several times where the participant has the opportunity to synchronize movement with breathing. Then there are usually some challenges in strength or skill (with alternatives), and then let go of everything through stretch and meditation.
Next Level (Skippergata 1C, 4th floor. Entrance on the south side of the building) Tuesday 23.05, 18:00 – 19:15
